This game is quite good. It has awesome gameplay, a long lasting time and pretty good graphics. However, there are some points of it that make it worse.
Pros:
Awesome gameplay. You play as your minifigure and explore the universe while fighting Stromlings. My favorite part is fighting Maelstrom Dragons with other people.
Pretty good graphics. They aren't as good as some other online games, but they did a good job of making certain things look like Legos, and others looking realistic.
Long lasting time. When this game first came out, there was a lot to do, from hundreds of missions and achievments, to many different enemies and worlds. They also keep adding more stuff, too.
Cons:
Many, many, many glitches. There are many glitches including the following: graphical glitches, glitches where you can't pick up items, fighting glitches, building and behavior glitches, glitch dimensions, and many other things. These drag the game down, making it worse than it should be. Considering how many glitches there are, I don't want to know what the game was like in 2008! (When they had to delay the game launch to fix some glitches.)
A very steep price. The game costs $90 a year, but you get 4 minifigures (which basically means four accounts.) What I did is I split the price with my 3 brothers, and we each got an account. If you don't do something similar, then watch out for the steep price.
Overall, Lego Universe is a pretty good game.
